Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Resume & Cover Letter Downloads (one-time purchase)

Each purchase grants a single-use download link valid for 7 days. We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not yet downloaded the PDF. To request a refund, email hello@resumevastu.com with your order details — refunds are reviewed and processed manually, typically within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Subscriptions (Basic / Pro plans)

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period — you keep full access to your plan’s features until the period you’ve already paid for ends. We do not offer prorated refunds for early cancellation.

3. Mentor Video Sessions

You can cancel a booked session for a full refund up until the cancellation cutoff shown at booking (at least 2 hours before the scheduled start, by default). Sessions cancelled after that cutoff are not eligible for a self-service refund.

If a mentor fails to join, or a session cannot proceed due to a technical fault on our side, it is automatically flagged for a refund review. Our team verifies the issue and processes approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. How Refunds Are Paid

All approved refunds are issued through Razorpay back to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not offer cash, bank transfer, or wallet-credit refunds.
